The Assembly B position involves operating and overseeing tube process stations to manufacture intensifier tube components, ensuring quality and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and oversee tube process stations and associated vacuum and electronic equipment.
  • Perform various routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
  • Adhere to procedures and work instructions.
  • Perform the exhaust process on components to achieve quality and yield goals.
  • Produce a quality product that meets customer specifications.
  • Interpret data from Analytical/Diagnostics equipment to make informed decisions.
  • Unload and reload systems without damaging tubes or equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years prior experience, or 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree with 0-2 years prior experience.
  • Ability to obtain a US security clearance within 6 months of hire date.
  • Related manufacturing work experience: 1-3 years preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) is a plus.
  • Previous experience with ultra-high vacuum technology and/or semiconductor processing desired.

  • Job Schedule: 1A, Sunday – Tuesday; Every other Wednesday.
