Overview

Actinide is building a scalable, U.S.-owned isotope separation platform to achieve atomic-level control of matter. The General Engineering role involves contributing to the design, development, testing, and improvement of isotope separation systems and related hardware in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support experiments and analyze performance data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Document engineering processes and results.
  • Refine designs for manufacturability and reliability.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment and system issues.
  • Participate in safety and quality reviews.
  • Communicate technical findings clearly.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in general engineering principles.
  • Experience with design and analysis tools.
  • Hands-on skills in prototyping, testing, and experimental setup.
  • Knowledge of laboratory or industrial safety practices.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX.
  • Experience in fields related to isotopes, advanced materials, energy systems, or defense technologies is beneficial.
