The Welder role involves fabricating, assembling, and joining critical components for production and mission operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform precision TIG, MIG, and arc welding on various materials.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols for accuracy.
  • Execute high-precision laser welding on thin-gauge and high-strength alloys.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and pressure-test structural and piping systems.
  • Maintain compliance with ASME, AWS, and company weld standards.
  • Uphold strict safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; technical welding certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or high-precision fabrication.
  • Skilled in blueprint interpretation and all-position welding.
  • Proven ability to fabricate and weld carbon and stainless structures.
  • Must pass company-administered weld qualification tests.
  • Available to work overtime and varied shifts.
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in confined or outdoor environments.
