Overview

Frellmann Water Technologies is a startup focused on advanced Photocatalytic Purification technology to eliminate difficult contaminants like PFAS. They are seeking an Industrial Technician to assist in building and deploying this technology, offering a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with engineering team and assist with fabrication
  • Assemble custom parts to create the basics of technology installation
  • Assist in creating ad hoc fixtures as needed using CAD and 3D printers
  • Clean, maintain, and calibrate lab equipment and tools
  • Work with various machines including chillers, pumps, and relevant water flow equipment
  • Ensure successful installation at customer sites

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as an industrial/mechanical/installation/maintenance technician
  • PLC Panel Install and programming experience
  • Proficiency with various power tools and hand tools
  • Experience with plumbing
  • Welding skills are a must-have
  • Experience with electrical components is highly desired
  • Comfortable working in a startup/fast-paced environment

  • The Technician is expected to travel to customer sites for installations, approximately 25% of the time.
