Overview

PROENERGY is an engineering, R&D, and manufacturing powerhouse that provides innovative aeroderivative solutions for fast-start power generation. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will utilize various skills to perform maintenance and repair tasks on machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical repair of CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
  • Repair general facilities equipment such as cascade coolers, air compressors, and HVAC equipment.
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool mechanical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Research machine issues using machine tool manuals and technical documents.
  • Interpret prints including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical schematics.
  • Use precision measuring tools for checking and correcting machine alignments.
  • Perform machine alignments using conventional, laser, and electronic methods.
  • Identify and troubleshoot common pumps and their applications.
  • Provide daily reports and status updates.
  • Utilize CMMS system for generating and tracking daily activities.
  • Complete planned and preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Use safe rigging practices.
  • Work with a sense of urgency during machine down conditions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience.
  • Knowledge of machine design and operation.
  • Ability to read part manuals and schematics.
  • Demonstrated mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repair abilities.
  • Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical test equipment.
  • Ability to safely operate powered industrial vehicles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivation to maintain current and develop new skills.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic office computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
