Overview

L3Harris is seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician C to conduct evaluation, diagnostic, integration, and final acceptance testing of electronic equipment. The company emphasizes a commitment to professional growth and an inclusive work environment focused on national security.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluation, diagnostic, integration, and final acceptance testing of electronic equipment.
  • Troubleshoot problems to component level using general testing equipment.
  • Test and troubleshoot complex Printed Wiring Assemblies, Subassemblies, Modules, and Systems.
  • Perform Factory Acceptance Test of completed systems.
  • Identify non-conforming material and initiate Material Discrepancy Reports.
  • Program and verify programmable integrated circuits.
  • Document information for failure analysis and reporting.
  • Support Engineering for First Article testing and Qualification testing.
  • Test and troubleshoot test equipment and custom-made Test Fixtures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate's degree with 2 years of related experience.
  • Ability to read, understand, and accurately follow Engineering Orders and Quality procedures.
  • Good working knowledge of basic analog and digital components and circuitry.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
  • Adept at utilization and operation of general electronic test equipment.
