Overview

Landmark Aquatic is the nation’s leading provider of commercial aquatic solutions, dedicated to ensuring the success of aquatic facilities at every stage of their lifecycle. We are looking for skilled, reliable General Laborers with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn our unique construction/renovation process and grow with our company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with site layout, measurement, excavation, plumbing, backfilling, forming, steel tying, concrete placement, rigging, and installation.
  • Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
  • Safely operate a variety of tools, including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and various hand tools.
  • Safely operate heavy equipment.
  • Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding).
  • Follow all safety regulations and ensure proper PPE is worn.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE one (1) year of construction experience.
  • Must be able to regularly travel and work out of town.
  • Must be able to utilize air transportation.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Prompt and punctual attendance at the shop or job site is required.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (e.g. standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 80 pounds etc.).
  • Pass background and drug screening.
  • Be able to pass a drug test and be subject to random drug testing.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety rules.
  • Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset but not necessary.
