Job Description
Overview
MC MetalFab is a Quality-Oriented Precision Sheet Metal Fabricator in Lino Lakes seeking a dependable, full-time, permanent Tig Welder/Fabricator. The company values its employees and offers good pay, paid holidays, vacation, and medical insurance.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble high-quality components using TIG welding.
- Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and steel.
- Ensure every weld meets exacting standards for strength, appearance, and durability.
- Read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance.
- Maintain clean, splatter-free parts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in TIG welding, AWS preferred.
- Strong TIG welding skills, especially with aluminum.
- Skills in metal fabrication, press brake, machining, finishing, and grinding.
