The IRP Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and responding to critical FAB infrastructure and facility systems during shift operations. Serving as the primary on-site technical resource during off-hours and weekends, this role ensures a rapid response to equipment failures, utility disruptions, and facility alarms to minimize downtime and maintain safe, continuous operations. salary: $40 - $50 per hour shift: First work hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• • Monitor FAB infrastructure and facility systems

• Respond immediately to alarms, system faults, and equipment failures to minimize downtime

• Respond, troubleshoot and repair issues independently

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on critical facility systems

• Coordinate and communicate with operations, engineering, and safety teams during incidents

• Perform initial containment and escalation for high-risk or complex failures

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including LOTO, PPE, and emergency procedures

• Document incidents, repairs, and shift activities in maintenance and tracking systems

• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance system reliability and response efficiency
