Pay Rate: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour + Sign-on bonus of $1,000 (will receive after probationary time)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7 AM – 3:30 PM

Education Requirements

• Associate degree in Welding, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.

• Equivalent combination of education, technical training, and hands-on experience will be considered.

• Ability to read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and understand manufacturing instructions.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of robotic welding, welding machine operation, or metal fabrication experience preferred.

• Experience setting up, programming, and operating robotic welding equipment in a production environment.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment, maintain quality standards, and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude.

• Experience using calipers and other inspection tools.

• Leadership potential with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Knowledge of quality assurance processes, production documentation, and preventive maintenance practices.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds.

• Frequent reaching, handling materials, and operating machinery.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in an industrial environment.

• Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and attention to detail required.

Job Duties

• Set up and operate robotic welding machines to produce high-quality welded metal components.

• Install weld fixtures, load programs, and prepare equipment for scheduled production runs.

• Inspect weld quality, verify dimensions, and perform first-piece inspections using measuring tools.

• Troubleshoot welding processes, identify equipment issues, and replace worn tooling as needed.

• Complete daily preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance and uptime.

• Review production schedules and blueprints to plan upcoming jobs and ensure accuracy.

• Maintain production, quality, and setup records while communicating shift updates and operational needs.

• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing standards to support efficient production and customer satisfaction.
