Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with OEM and I-CAR standards
  • Use frame and measuring equipment to ensure precision repairs
  • Straighten, repair, and replace damaged metal panels
  • Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with estimators and other staff as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience
  • Proficiency with frame machines, measuring systems, and welding equipment
  • Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures
  • I-CAR certification (preferred, not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
