Overview

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to install, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify equipment at their facilities. This role offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, communicate, and follow preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to install, set up, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment.
  • Perform emergency repairs of production equipment efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance of production equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Perform advanced repair and maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety laws and regulations.
  • Determine and communicate instructions for custom fabrication of tooling and equipment modifications.
  • Source tooling, parts, supplies, and equipment from outside vendors.
  • Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
  • Assist in the maintenance of facility systems and utilities.
  • May provide guidance to other maintenance technicians.

Requirements

  • Proficient in advanced shop mathematics and measuring dimensions.
  • Expertise in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment malfunctions.
  • Mastery in using powered and non-powered hand tools safely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possession of a valid Class C Driver's License or equivalent.
  • Advanced ability to read and comprehend technical documentation.
  • Experience with Outlook and general computer skills.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn to use a scissor lift or boom lift.
  • Ability to access tight spaces to work on equipment.
