Job Description

Overview

3M is seeking Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician candidates for a full-time position in Clarkston, Georgia. The role involves maintaining production and auxiliary equipment, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of a Maintenance Technician to keep production and auxiliary equipment operational.
  • Troubleshoot difficult equipment issues using blueprints, manuals, and internet resources.
  • Participate in all safety and regulatory training required for the position.
  • Follow all plant safety rules and regulations, wearing PPE as required.
  • Enter labor time in maintenance work orders with detailed resolutions.
  • Take initiative to resolve issues with minimal instruction.

Requirements

  • Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Skilled Technician.
  • Ability to work on CNC machining centers and supporting equipment.
  • Excellent math skills and complex blueprint reading abilities.
  • Qualified in maintenance and repair of pneumatics, PLC, machinery, welding, and electrical.
