At Jered LLC, a PAR Systems Company, Senior Fabricators are essential to our commitment to excellence in engineered solutions for naval and maritime systems. We are expanding our Welding Fabrication Team and seeking skilled professionals who apply advanced welding techniques to fabricate mission-critical components to MILSPEC standards.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, fit, and weld intricate steel structures using advanced welding techniques.
  • Apply GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW welding techniques.
  • Mentor junior fabricators and support their development.
  • Maintain certification across multiple weld processes.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and interpret complex drawings.
  • Achieve production goals while ensuring high quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of advanced welding experience in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Current certifications in GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW.
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings and welding symbols.
  • Skilled in MILSPEC-level fabrication.
  • Able to pass advanced weld qualification tests, including 6G pipe.
  • Proficient with forklifts, cranes, precision measurement tools, and GD&T.
  • Must be a US person.

What you'll be running
