Overview

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an Industrial Insulator in Phoenix, Arizona, responsible for fabricating, installing, repairing, and maintaining insulation systems on industrial equipment. Responsibilities

  • Measure, cut, bend, fabricate, and install sheet metal jacketing for insulated piping, vessels, ducts, and equipment.
  • Install and secure various insulation materials, including fiberglass, mineral wool, calcium silicate, and removable insulation blankets.
  • Fabricate metal covers, elbows, valves, reducers, tees, and custom fittings using hand and power tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, specifications, and work orders.
  • Calculate material requirements and ensure proper fit-up and installation.
  • Install weatherproof and protective metal jacketing, including aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized metal.
  • Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of damaged insulation systems.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various industrial environments as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in industrial insulation and metal fabrication.
  • Ability to read measuring devices and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, brakes, rollers, shears, and other sheet metal equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of insulation materials and installation methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
