Overview

This position requires a versatile General Technician with expertise in fire life safety systems, pharmaceutical environments, and carpentry. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring safety and compliance in sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on diverse mechanical equipment
  • Diagnosing mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection techniques
  • Conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing fire life safety systems
  • Performing carpentry work, including building and repairing structures and fixtures
  • Adhering to safety protocols, regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used
