Pay Rate: $15.50 – $16.50 per hour

Requirements:

Previous welding and fabrication experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans Strong MIG, TIG, or fabrication welding skills Experience cutting, grinding, cleaning, and preparing metal materials Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities Good mathematical skills, including basic algebra, measurements, and calculations Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to differentiate colors accurately Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform fabrication tasks throughout the shift

Job Duties:

Fabricate and weld metal components according to blueprints and specifications Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting parts Perform all phases of metal fabrication and assembly Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and weld quality Provide feedback on assembly methods, material usage, fixture design, and fabrication processes Design and build fixtures and jigs as needed to support production Inspect completed work to ensure quality and specification requirements are met Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Follow company safety standards and welding procedures
