Overview

Echelon Supply and Service is a leading provider of premium industrial and hydraulic hose solutions for commercial and defense markets across North America. We are seeking a skilled Welder to support our hose fabrication and assembly operations, responsible for welding metal components used in hose assemblies and related fittings.

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding of stainless steel components, hose fittings, couplings, and related components
  • Fabricate and assemble metal parts used in hydraulic and industrial hose applications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications
  • Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, strength, and defects
  • Operate welding equipment and maintain tools in good working condition
  • Collaborate with production, assembly, and quality teams to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred
  • 2+ years of welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing or hose/industrial environment
  • Certification and experience with TIG welding, especially on small or detailed components
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Basic understanding of hydraulic hose systems and fittings is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Warehouse or manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, noise, and fumes
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
