Overview

Belt Power is a leading distributor and fabricator serving the processing, manufacturing, and material handling industries. They are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Fabrication Associate to support their fabrication and production operations.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair industrial products and components.
  • Operate fabrication equipment, machinery, and hand tools.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Pick, stage, organize, and prepare customer orders.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Support team operations and assist with a variety of fabrication tasks.

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to accurately interpret measurements.
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
