Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Production Technician to support the assembly and production of advanced defense systems at our Grand Prairie, TX manufacturing facility. This role focuses on mechanical assembly, build quality, and production execution.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical assembly of production hardware, subassemblies, and finished systems.
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, assembly procedures, and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and basic measurement equipment to complete assemblies.
  • Inspect components and completed assemblies for fit, finish, and workmanship.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly and escalate quality or design concerns.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Support production line improvements and help identify opportunities to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to resolve production issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
