Overview

Medical City Green Oaks Hospital is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain equipment and ensure the hospital's aesthetic appearance. This role requires strong communication skills and technical expertise in troubleshooting various systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain equipment in top operating conditions and minimize breakdown.
  • Ensure the aesthetic appearance of the hospital is maintained in satisfactory condition.
  • Foster cooperative working relationships and promote a positive image of the department.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other hospital personnel.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with other hospital departments and partners.
  • Diagnose and repair technical problems with controls, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, or plumbing.

Requirements

  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • EPA Technician certification.
  • (BOILER) Boiler Mechanic Permit, or (ELEC-JOUR) Journeyman Electrician, or (HVAC) HVAC Technician, or (PLUMB-JOUR) Journeyman Plumber, or (ELEC-MAINT) Electrical Maintenance License.
  • 5 years of experience required.
