Overview

Beacon Commercial Door & Lock is a leading supplier & installer of commercial doors, frames, and hardware based in Salt Lake City, UT since 1966. We are looking for a hardworking, detailed, organized and energetic Welding Fabricator to be part of our team, working in our hollow metal shop with a welding bench and tools provided.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and weld hollow metal doors and door frames.
  • Problem solve to complete projects well and on time.
  • Work primarily at a fabrication bench with a Mig welder.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure projects are done properly.

Requirements

  • Good work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Desire to produce high quality results.
  • Must be punctual and maintain a good attendance record.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to be trained and stay productive.
  • Committed to safety and following processes and procedures.
  • Comfortable working with hands and tools.

  • Full-Time position, Mon – Thurs 7 AM to 5 PM, Fri 8 AM to 12 PM (may vary slightly).
