Job Description

Overview

GQM Inc. is seeking an experienced welder to assist with ongoing projects throughout the South Florida area, focusing on small to mid-size welding jobs for apartment complexes and commercial buildings. This independent contractor position is ideal for someone who works efficiently and can handle various welding tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with ongoing welding projects in South Florida.
  • Perform welding for make-ready turns, railing repairs, gates, stairs, and small custom fabrications.
  • Work independently and communicate professionally.

Requirements

  • Experience with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding.
  • Dependable and detail-oriented.
  • Liability insurance and/or Workers’ Comp exemption required.
  • Ability to provide photos or examples of past work is a plus.

Additional Information

  • 1099 independent contractor position.

What you'll be running
