Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Millwork Fabricator to join our production team in the Kansas City area. In this role, you will build high-end architectural woodwork, custom reception desks, casework, and specialty fixtures for commercial, retail, and corporate environments.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate high-volume commercial casework, architectural panels, reception desks, and custom trim.
  • Work expertly with solid wood, plastics, veneers, plastic laminates (PLAM), and solid surfaces (e.g., Corian).
  • Interpret complex architectural blueprints, cut sheets, and hardware specifications to plan production.
  • Safely operate production machinery including table saws, shapers, routers, edgebanders, and wide-belt sanders.
  • Drive standard company vehicles for occasional material pickups, job site drop-offs, or client deliveries across the KC metro area.
  • Ensure all fabrications meet strict commercial durability requirements and design specifications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in commercial millwork, storefront fabrication, or commercial cabinet making.
  • Must possess a valid, standard driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle to ensure consistent, punctual attendance at our Kansas City shop.
  • Advanced proficiency reading commercial blueprints and working with a wide range of hardware.
  • Ability to stand for long shifts, perform heavy shop labor, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
