Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Ability to read measurements, shop instructions, work orders, and fabrication drawings.

• Basic math and measurement skills required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of related manufacturing, construction, fabrication, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred.

• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, or production equipment is beneficial.

• Previous sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to handle sheet metal materials and completed duct components.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing or shop environment while following safety procedures.

Job Duties

• Fabricate residential HVAC ductwork for new construction projects using work orders, layouts, and blueprints.

• Measure, cut, bend, shape, and assemble sheet metal components to specification.

• Operate equipment including hammers, air hammers, metal snips, shears, manual bending machines, impact drills, and other fabrication tools.

• Apply sealants and adhesives to ensure proper assembly and air-tight ductwork.

• Cut and install insulation on duct systems using internal and external wrapping methods.

• Inspect completed products to verify quality, accuracy, and compliance with production standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Metal Fabricator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
