Overview

Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of engineered products and customized solutions, focusing on the RV, marine, automotive, commercial vehicle, and building products industries. The Welder role involves assembling components and sub-assemblies through welding and repairing defective welds.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble various components and sub-assemblies into specified fixturing by welding.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Pick and place components into proper fixturing for welding.
  • Identify out-of-conformance situations and alert supervisors or Quality Auditors.
  • Rotate positions within different production teams as necessary.
  • Set up welding equipment and change gas as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Ability to observe all safety rules and policies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Initiative and time management skills.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time hourly position, typically Monday-Thursday 6am to 4:30pm.
  • No travel is required for this position.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
