Overview

The Plant Operations Specialist operates, maintains, and masters various trades throughout the Medical Center's facilities, serving as a team leader when assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, replace, and troubleshoot electrical circuits and systems.
  • Install and repair structural components such as ceilings, partitions, and doors.
  • Perform mechanical maintenance on motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
  • Replace and repair plumbing systems including pipes, sinks, and toilets.
  • Conduct general maintenance and preventive inspections in assigned areas.
  • Observe safety standards and perform snow removal duties.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in trades such as electrical, structural, mechanical, plumbing, or pipe fitting.
