The Bodyshop Technician role involves performing inspections and repairs on company-owned equipment while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Complete quality inspections, warranty, and repairs on all company-owned equipment.
  • Perform body repairs on all equipment to appropriate specifications.
  • Inspect, analyze, and perform minor and/or complex repairs for all equipment.
  • Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and document damage/warranty of body components.
  • Perform body repairs including body filler, fiberglass, and plastic repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Safely and properly handle and work with tools and equipment.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere to facilitate business operations.
  • Proactively assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Requirements

  • Entry-level knowledge of vehicle systems and basic vehicle maintenance preferred.
  • High School diploma or combination of training and/or experience required.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Demonstrated superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and understand repair manuals and complete repair orders.
  • Ability to use and learn various diagnostic software for tractor/trailers.
  • Excellent computer skills.
