Overview

Join a leading aerospace and aviation organization as an MD500 A&P Mechanic in Phoenix, AZ. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work on MD500 aircraft, perform critical maintenance and repairs, and contribute directly to aircraft safety, reliability, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on MD500 aircraft.
  • Work closely with other technicians and mechanics to complete maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company procedures.
  • Follow applicable FAA regulations, safety requirements, and industry standards.
  • Accurately document maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and completed work.
  • Identify mechanical issues and apply effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
  • Support aircraft readiness by completing assigned maintenance tasks accurately and within established timelines.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a professional maintenance team.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working with MD500 systems and tools is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding maintenance tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to comply with FAA regulations and applicable aviation industry standards.
  • Willingness to relocate to Phoenix, AZ 85027 before starting employment.
