Job Description

Overview

As a Maintenance Technician Class C at Nestlé, you will be responsible for maintaining all plant systems, ensuring machine reliability, and contributing to process improvements in a sustainable and state-of-the-art facility that produces a variety of pet food brands.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain plant systems including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation.
  • Troubleshoot electrical control systems including motors and PLCs.
  • Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators.
  • Repair gear reducers, belt and screw conveyors, chain elevators, and packaging equipment.
  • Maintain wastewater systems, boiler operations, cooling towers, and general building needs.
  • Complete predictive maintenance such as vibration analysis and oil sample collection.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR a 2-year technical degree completed.
