Overview

Responsibilities

  • Safely install, assemble, align, wire, commission, maintain, and/or repair industrial and aviation-ground support equipment.
  • Work with 480V three-phase electrical systems, motors, mechanical drive systems, conveyors, and related heavy aviation equipment.
  • Review and understand technical drawings and identify mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Troubleshoot digital and analog circuits, motor starters, variable frequency drives, sensors, and PLC configurations.
  • Safely complete field assignments and adhere to safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with mechanical installation and millwright work.
  • Experience with electrical controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and circuit boards.
  • Ability to apply shop mathematics, mechanical principles, and precision measurement techniques.
  • Experience with OSHA regulations and safety practices.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet TSA and FAA security requirements.
