Job Description

Overview

We are a premier, Idaho-based manufacturer of HVAC spiral ductwork and fittings for large-scale commercial construction, currently looking for reliable General Laborers to join our production facility. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of spiral pipe and specialized components like elbows, tees, and reducers.
  • Move and prepare various metals, including Galvanized, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and PVS/PVC coated materials.
  • Use hand tools to grind, deburr, and clean metal parts to ensure they meet SMACNA standards.
  • Help assemble components, stage finished goods, and load products for delivery across the Western U.S.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fabrication shop or HVAC manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately and safely operate standard shop power tools.
  • Ability to stand for long shifts (8–10 hours) and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to support overall shop operations.
