Overview
Pro-Line Metal Fab LLC is seeking a Stainless TIG Welder for marine fabrication in Nixa, MO. The company specializes in building marine-grade aluminum and stainless components for boat manufacturers, emphasizing the importance of finish quality and strength.
Responsibilities
- TIG weld stainless tube and pipe assemblies to print
- Fit up and tack parts in jigs and fixtures
- Read prints and check your own work against them
- Produce clean, consistent welds that are ready for polishing
- Work with the fab, bending and polishing crews to keep jobs moving
- Keep your work area clean and follow shop safety rules
Requirements
- TIG welding experience; stainless welding experience preferred
- Able to weld thin-wall tube without burn-through or heavy discoloration
- Able to read blueprints and use a tape, calipers and squares
- Steady hands, good eyes and pride in cosmetic work
- Reliable attendance and a good attitude on the floor
- Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs

- Full-time position with a pay range of $22–$30/hr, depending on experience
- Work schedule is Monday–Thursday, four 10-hour days, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
