Overview

We are seeking a Welder to support the production of quality precision parts in an aerospace manufacturing environment. The Welder is responsible for precision welding, fabrication, assembly, and repair of aerospace components while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform precision TIG welding on aerospace-grade materials.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair components according to engineering drawings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment and related tools.
  • Verify part dimensions and ensure weld quality meets standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections of welded assemblies.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
  • Follow all company and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Welding certification from an accredited technical program preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in TIG welding and working with thin-gauge materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer skills for production reporting and documentation.

  • Shifts Available: 1st Shift Days: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Reports To: Manufacturing Manager
