Responsibilities

  • Service imaging equipment in the Knoxville, TN area.
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare Medical Solution instrumentation.
  • Deliver timely and effective repairs and train operators for optimal system performance.
  • Manage financial performance within the territory, including revenue generation and expense control.
  • Manage company assets such as a company car, cell phone, computer, and inventory parts.
  • Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
  • Proficiency in network applications and tools including eVO, mButler, and MS Office.
  • 3+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
