Overview

Quest Global delivers world-class end-to-end engineering solutions by leveraging deep industry knowledge and digital expertise. They are looking for a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to lead design efforts and contribute to meaningful work in various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and development, detailing.
  • Create detailed 3D models, general arrangements, and manufacturing production drawings with GD&T.
  • Manage design changes, Bill of Materials (BOM) and revision control protocols.
  • Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and First time Yield.
  • Conduct design validation, DFMEA, hand calculations, and tolerance stack up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on mechanical design experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in NPI projects specifically for E-houses, modular buildings, plant rooms, or heavy industrial enclosures.
  • Familiarity with international standards for industrial enclosures and electrical safety is an added advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
