Overview

We are looking for a Welder/Shop Helper to join our team. The position requires experience in welding and the ability to perform physical work in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with engineering, electrical assembly, quality control, and production teams to resolve fabrication and assembly issues.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
  • Safely operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes when qualified.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
  • Follow established quality-control procedures and production standards to ensure consistent, high-quality products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Welding Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in sheet metal Welding.
  • Must have experience with MIG & TIG and able to weld all types of metal.
  • Has Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver’s license.
  • Can lift up to 100 lbs and able to do physical work.
  • Dependable, honest, and a team player.
  • No substance abusers; zero tolerance policy.

Additional Information

  • Full time (40 hours/week, 8am to 4pm, Weekdays with Some Weekends).
  • Pay is Hourly/DOE.
