Overview

Mary Kay is a leading beauty and skincare company with a Manufacturing & R&D Center in Lewisville, TX. The Skilled Trades Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in manufacturing and skilled trades careers, allowing them to work alongside professionals and develop technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with packaging maintenance
  • Support processing maintenance
  • Contribute to equipment reliability
  • Engage in troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Work with PLCs and instrumentation
  • Participate in machining (Manual and CNC)

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an Associate's degree, technical certification, or trade program related to manufacturing, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electronics, or a related field.
