Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support machinery and equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment. Welding experience is a plus but not required, and candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with industrial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime
  • Clean, grease, and service manufacturing equipment
  • Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulics, conveyors, VFDs, electrical systems, pneumatics, automation equipment, feeders, mills, and kilns
  • Read and interpret technical documents, manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Safely use hand tools and power tools

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
  • Strong mechanical background
  • Must have welding experience
  • Drug and background screening
  • Receptive to coaching and feedback
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments

Additional Information

  • Starting Pay Rate: $28–$34/hr based on experience, paid weekly
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Day and Night Shift: 6:00 A M – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Rotating schedule-will work 2 weekends a month
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
  • Location: Eddystone, PA
