Shape What’s Next in Manufacturing
As our Precision TIG Welder, you’ll turn blueprints into real, high‑quality parts. Your day starts at the bench: reviewing prints and specs, setting up your TIG station, and dialing in for thin‑gauge work that requires clean penetration and consistent, attractive beads. You’ll assemble and hold tight tolerances, verify quality before formal inspection, and record progress in our E2 management system. Along the way, you’ll spot Lean and 6S opportunities, return fixtures and tooling when a job wraps, keep equipment clean with proper fluid levels, and communicate with your team to stay on schedule.

This posting calls for MIG and TIG work. MIG (GMAW) feeds a continuous wire electrode through a shielding-gas nozzle. It lays down metal fast and is forgiving on clean material, which is why it dominates production and light fabrication work. TIG (GTAW) uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode with filler added by hand, giving the operator the most control of any process. It is slow, demanding, and the standard for stainless, aluminum, and anything where the bead has to look as good as it holds.
