Overview

The Field Service Technician is a key representative of the company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support while traveling 90% of the time. This role involves fostering positive customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction within the industrial laundry industry.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior service and technical support to customers.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, to meet customer needs.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules.
  • Be on call for immediate assistance to resolve pressing issues.
  • Independently manage responsibilities and make informed decisions in the field.

Requirements

  • Expertise in installation of industrial laundry systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and software issues.
  • Experience in performing repairs and maintenance on systems.
  • Capability to provide on-site training to clients.
  • Strong documentation skills for maintaining service records.
  • Excellent customer service skills to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Commitment to safety protocols while working on customer premises.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry advancements.
