Overview

True Fab & Powder is expanding its team in Chandler, Arizona, seeking dedicated individuals for the Metalworking Production Operator role. This position offers the opportunity to build real skills on the shop floor while focusing on reliable production support and quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and run band saws and cold saws
  • Perform basic layout and precise measurement of raw materials
  • Prepare materials for downstream/secondary operations
  • Support general shop and production needs
  • Prep components for powder coating as needed

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic; dependable and punctual
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset
  • Comfort reading a tape measure and using basic measuring tools
  • Willingness to learn and follow shop procedures
