Overview

The Maintenance Tradesperson II position at Regal Rexnord Corporation involves maintaining machinery, equipment, and facilities in a fully onsite role. The company is a leading manufacturer of automation solutions and serves various markets worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose problems and efficiently make repairs using machine diagnostics.
  • Assemble, install, and repair wiring and electrical components.
  • Align and balance new equipment after installation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and production machines.
  • Apply appropriate welding processes to join or repair parts.
  • Maintain inventory for repair parts and order necessary items.
  • Record equipment repairs and utilize the CMMS.
  • Develop and perform preventative maintenance work orders.
  • Train others on equipment maintenance and repair processes.
  • Promote safety awareness and adhere to safety standards.
  • Work productively to ensure timely flow of orders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proof of technical training in electronic systems or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to understand blueprints, schematics, and operation manuals.
  • Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC equipment.
  • Must work as part of a team and perform work in accordance with safety procedures.

Additional Information

  • This is a fully onsite role.
  • Work schedule is 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday with training on 1st shift (6am-2pm).
  • Compensation range is $30-38/hr plus a $2/hr shift premium.
  • Benefits and 401k start on the first day.
