Job Description
Overview
Carvana is seeking experienced Autobody Preppers with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join their team. The company is known as the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and offers a competitive wage along with various perks.
Responsibilities
- Perform bodywork on multiple panels including heavy plastic welding.
- Conduct minor metal pulling.
- Repair roof and rocker panels.
- Execute large area heavy bodywork including Bondo repair.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
- Use of safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, and mask.
