Overview

Tricon US, LLC is a growing leader in the Industrial Services Industry located in Dallas, Texas, seeking skilled individuals for their Fabrication & Installation Team, including Ironworkers, Welders, Fitters, and Industrial Laborers for full-time, long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform shop fabrication and field installation on various industrial construction projects.
  • Fabricate and install structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
  • Read drawings, take measurements, and perform basic layouts.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction equipment as applicable.
  • Work effectively as part of a crew and follow direction from supervisors and foremen.

Requirements

  • Experience in industrial construction, fabrication, steel erection, welding, fitting, or related work.
  • Welding experience is preferred for applicable positions.
  • Experience with industrial piping and mechanical installation is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Be hardworking, dependable, and safety minded.
  • Willingness to work overtime and extended schedules when project requirements demand it.
  • Willingness to travel for projects and assist other locations as needed.
  • Ability to pass required pre-employment and periodic screenings.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Wood/lumber framing experience is a plus.
