Overview

The Infosys Engineering unit focuses on delivering innovative engineering solutions through a data-first approach, leveraging advanced technologies like AI and ML to enhance delivery processes and accelerate time to market. Responsibilities

  • Elicit and document business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable specifications.
  • Participate in design meetings and create initial design concepts using established engineering tools.
  • Engage in iterative engineering design cycles, refine prototypes, and implement feedback effectively.
  • Develop and validate solution specifications, including simulations to ensure compliance with design criteria.
  • Build and refine prototypes based on testing results and cross-functional team feedback.
  • Undertake technical integration efforts, ensuring system functionality and resolving interoperability issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and organize knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
  • Experience in design, validation, manufacture, and delivery of aircraft fuselage and propulsion structure components.
  • Expertise in primary and secondary structure design, payloads design, and lofting.
  • Knowledge of tolerance stack up, cost effectiveness, manufacturability, and compliance with requirements.
  • Expertise in GD&T Functional Tolerance and Annotations.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and present design reviews.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5 and experience in design of Aero-structures and Nacelle Systems.
