Ingersoll Rand is seeking a reliable and motivated Milroyal Assembler to join their Assembly team in Ivyland, PA. The role involves assembling, inspecting, and packaging products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and parts following detailed instructions
• Read and understand the bill of materials and work order instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings
• Complete assembly tasks using various hand, pneumatic, and power tools
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies
• Monitor and request materials and components as needed for assembly
• Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED)
• 2+ years of mechanical, assembly or other fast-paced operations
• Ability to communicate effectively via verbal and written means
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to perform varied and complex tasks
