Overview

Torrent Resources, a CRH company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment / Diesel Mechanic to join their team. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of duties in a shop and field environment, responsible for maintaining a fleet of heavy construction equipment, class 7 and 8 trucks, and specialty equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy equipment inspections and repairs
• Diagnose and repair any breakdowns
• Complete preventive maintenance
• Weld and fabricate on equipment and tooling
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• CDL A, preferred
• Must have own tools
• Welding/fabrication experience
• ASE certification preferred
• Construction equipment experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
