Overview

At Singer Vehicle Design, we are dedicated to restoring and reimagining Porsche 911s with meticulous attention to detail. We are seeking a Fabricator in Torrance, CA, who is passionate about beautiful cars and excels in precision and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Weld, fabricate, and restore high-end automotive chassis and parts.
  • Perform all assignments in accordance with EH&S and security policies.
  • Inspect both raw materials and finished products for conformance to quality specifications.
  • Assist senior Fabricators with parts and projects.
  • Interact with Engineering Teams to execute work requests.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of related work experience in an automotive (chassis/parts), restoration, manufacturing, and/or assembly environment.
  • General automotive knowledge and knowledge of fabrication, machining/welding equipment setup, process, and maintenance.
  • Eager to learn, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated success working with a team towards a common goal.
  • Bonus points for Certifications and/or technical automotive program graduate.

Additional Information

  • This is an onsite role in Torrance, CA.
  • The schedule is Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm plus overtime.
