Overview

They are seeking a Process Maintenance Technician for the 2nd Shift to ensure the optimal performance of blending processing systems and associated plant utilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on various equipment and systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot purified water systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform maintenance of plant utilities such as compressed air, steam, and water distribution systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot liquid blending process equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety inspections and training.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders and safety reports.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, coordinating with other departments as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Technical or Trade School Graduate, Associate Degree in electro-mechanics preferred.
• Several years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with leadership experience preferred.
• Specific experience with purified water systems, plant utilities, and liquid blending process equipment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and process control systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 3 – 6 years of experience in Industrial Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of Purified Water Systems and Preventive Maintenance Principles.

Additional Information

• This is a non-exempt role requiring flexibility to address urgent system issues outside regular hours.
• On-call availability may be required for emergency response, troubleshooting, and critical maintenance needs.
• Occasional weekend and holiday work may be necessary during system upgrades, shutdowns, or regulatory inspections.
